Apply to Vend at the PS 39 Winter Market
The PS 39 Winter Market is a festive outdoor event celebrating local makers, artists, and small businesses in support of the PS 39 Parent Association. Join us for a joyful afternoon of holiday shopping, treats, and music!

Ways to Participate
We’re looking for a thoughtful, exciting mix of local makers, independent creatives, and special items to make the PS 39 Winter Market worth discovering. There are three ways to participate:
1. Group Table — $100
Bring your creative community together! Groups of 2–10 makers can share a table,( 6' x 30") split the cost, and take turns managing their display. It’s an affordable, low-commitment way to participate without having to manage a full table on your own.
Please include the names and social media handles of everyone participating, along with images of your work or a link to your portfolio, for review.
2. Individual Table — $50
Have a collection ready to show and experience selling at markets? Apply for your own 6' x 30" table to showcase your work and connect directly with shoppers.
Please share your social media or website and a few images of the work you plan to sell.
3. Donate Something Special to the PS 39 Store
Have something irresistible to contribute? We’re looking for exceptional items and experiences that families will be excited to discover and purchase, with proceeds supporting our school.
Think local art, live performance tickets, a special restaurant voucher, perfume, beautiful accessories, skincare, a yoga class, or something unexpected!
You can contribute your own work or approach a business you love about donating an item or experience. To be considered, simply send us a link to the item or a short description and a good-quality image. We’ll curate a special selection for the PS 39 Store, so please share something you think our community will be excited to buy.

Vendor Policies
Please read these carefully before applying.
Setup and Breakdown
Setup begins at 9:30 AM. Vendors must be fully ready by 10:45 AM and stay through 4:00 PM. Breakdown should be completed by 5:00 PM.
Spaces and Equipment
Vendors must bring their own display materials. Your entry fee includes the use of 1 table (6’ x 30”) and will be available to the selected participants at the rates specified above. Electricity is extremely limited and only available by special request in certain areas of the school yard.
Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the market will be rescheduled for a later date. The event is entirely outdoors, with no indoor option available, so please come prepared for cold weather and wind.
Entertainment
There will be a live concert next to the market area during the event. The music is an integral part of this event, creating a festive atmosphere and bringing the community together. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to sound.
Prohibited Items
No alcohol, CBD products, or open flames permitted.
Sales and Safety
Vendors handle their own sales and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and displays.
Community-First Participation
PS 39 families and local makers will be given priority for vendor spaces.
