Apply to Vend at the PS 39 Winter Market
The PS 39 Winter Market is a festive outdoor event celebrating local makers, artists, and small businesses in support of the PS 39 Parent Association. Join us on for a joyful afternoon of holiday shopping, treats, and community fun.

Where: PS 39 - 417 6th Ave, Park Slope
After thoughtful feedback from local makers, we’ve decided to waive upfront vendor fees for this year’s market.
We understand that sales can be unpredictable at a first-time event, and we want everyone to feel comfortable participating without financial pressure.
Instead, vendors are invited to make a voluntary donation to the PS 39 Parent Association after the market, in any amount that feels right for them.
Your contribution helps make this event possible and supports the PS 39’s Parent Association, which funds programs and activities that enrich our students’ school experience.
Vendor Policies
Please read these carefully before applying.
Setup and Teardown
Setup begins at 8:30 AM. Vendors must be fully ready by 9:45 AM and stay through 2:00 PM. Teardown should be completed by 3:00 PM.
Spaces and Equipment
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and display materials.
Table rental: $25
Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the market will be relocated or rescheduled for a later date.
Prohibited Items
No alcohol, CBD products, or open flames permitted.
Sales and Safety
Vendors handle their own sales and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and displays.
Community-First Participation
PS 39 families and local makers will be given priority for vendor spaces.
