The PS 39 Winter Market is a festive outdoor event celebrating local makers, artists, and small businesses in support of the PS 39 Parent Association. Join us on for a joyful afternoon of holiday shopping, treats, and community fun. We are curating up to 50 vendors offering handmade, locally produced, and high-quality goods.

Where: PS 39 - 417 6th Ave, Park Slope

Vendor Policies

Please read these carefully before applying.

  • The market will take place rain or shine.

  • This is an outdoor event. Vendors must bring their own tents or tables. No canopies are provided.

  • Space options:
    Table space – $125 (space for one 6-foot table)
    Tent space – $200 (10-foot by 10-foot footprint)
    • Optional add-ons: 6-foot table rental $25 | Electricity $25 (limited availability)

  • Setup: 8:30–10:00 AM

  • Market hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • Breakdown: after 2:00 PM

  • No alcohol, CBD, or open flames permitted.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable after acceptance unless the event is canceled by the PS 39 PA.

  • Payment is due at the time of application submission using the payment button on this page.

  • Electricity is limited and intended for low-watt use only.

  • The PS 39 PA reserves the right to curate vendor categories to maintain a balanced mix.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and displays.
